I graduated with MPH in Urban Health in 2018 with honors where I interacted with public health professionals and learned of the disparities in oral health in urban centers throughout the world. With Encouragement from our Professors, advisors, and colleagues I decided to work for reducing the disparities in oral health in all marginalized section of the communities.

 Executive Director. Ramaswamy is involved in the day-to-day management of the organization, fundraising efforts, as well as the promotion of the organization in order to raise public awareness. 
Dr.Thomas ollerhead DMD, CAGS, Diplomate of the ABE. 
 President . Dr. Ollerhead was an associate professor at Boston University School of Dental Medicine for several years. He is a former President of the Massachusetts Association of Endodontists, and he has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics since 2001. 
Sivasubramanian somu Msc, Phd.
Grant writer : Siva analyses financial needs, identify, define and develop funding sources to support existing and planned program activities as well as lead the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals to federal, state, and private funding agencies.
Mrs. Tamilselvi : MA, M.ed 
 Founder and Board member of Vinayaga Educational Trust. We work closely with them to educate the importance of oral hygiene practices to school kids. With their support and commitment to our organization, we are delivering a  program "smiles for All" to the community members and public. 
Dr. Jhon Giraldo, DMD : 
  Dr. Giraldo was born in Cali, Columbia and received his DDS degree from the Universidad del Valle in 1991. After completing a one year General Practice Residency, Dr. Giraldo maintained a private practice devoting time to the indigenous population and farm workers. Dr. Giraldo continued on to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, receiving his DMD degree. While attending Tufts he was awarded the Prosthetic Award for Clinical Excellence (crowns and bridges). During almost ten years spent in the USA, Dr. Giraldo has regularly taken different courses on CAD/CAM technology, Implant restorative techniques, and Advanced CEREC Design. These make him both a highly experienced and skillful professional, always committed to his patients’ oral health. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society.

Dr. Giraldo lives with his wife and three children in Windham, NH.
