Our Projects

Our organization has been working with community members, a non-profit organization, schools and with our stakeholders to meet the demands of oral health needs, to reduce the disparities of oral health, and to improve the quality of oral health services. Our team focuses on designing a project to close the existing gaps in oral health services with new innovative ideas and proposal.

We utilize the basic methodology of three simple steps in designing a project which are situational analysis phase, Path Defining Phase, and Evaluation phase. Our model is mentioned below:

Phase1:

Situational Analysis Phase: We conduct on-site meetings and discuss with stakeholders to analyze the prevailing problems and document the current resources and programs to justify the need for the project.

Phase 2:

Path Defining Phase: The manager of the project reviews the vision, mission, and objective with the staff members of the organization. This phase is of two steps namely planning, executing where the projects are broken down into small units are called work packages. Completing them as work packages would cost-effective, time-efficient and have effective outcomes.

Phase 3:

Evaluation Phase: The phase includes monitoring and controlling process, and closing process. We utilize the network diagramming technique to illustrate the completed activities of the project. An arrow on the activity will be useful to determine the completed tasks of the projects and enable program managers to identify risks associated with the projects.
